Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
Pelvic health physiotherapists are registered physiotherapists who have undergone extensive additional training to assess and treat dysfunctions of the pelvic floor and surrounding areas. They are trained to perform internal vaginal and rectal exams.
Physiotherapy
Registered physiotherapists assess and treat musculoskeletal conditions using a variety of treatment techniques including manual therapy, exercise, movement training, education, and lifestyle interventions.
Chiropractic
Chiropractic care is focused on diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal issues, particularly those involving the spine, joints, and nervous system. Chiropractors use hands-on techniques, such as spinal adjustments and mobilizations, along with exercise therapy, to relieve pain, improve function, and promote the body's natural ability to heal. Osteopathy

Breast / Chest Health
Breast / chest health practitioners treat conditions related to pre-operative and post-operative breast / chest surgery as well as engorgement and mastitis / blocked milk ducts. This includes any breast surgery (mastectomy, lumpectomy, etc) or gender affirming top surgery. Your practitioner will help with scar management, cording, shoulder movement restrictions, muscle tension, changes in strength and posture, engorgement, blocked milk ducts or mastitis.
Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) / Dry Needling
Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) / Dry Needling is a specialized treatment used to relieve muscle tension, pain and dysfunction. It helps to release tight or overactive muscles to release trigger points, improve circulation and restore function and mobility.
Pediatrics
At Maven, our pediatric care is designed to support your child’s unique growth and development from infancy through childhood. During your child’s first visit, our practitioners will conduct a thorough review of your their medical history, including birth details, developmental milestones, and any specific concerns you may have. The assessment will be followed by age appropriate treatment. Our pediatric treatment options include chiropractic care, osteopathy, and acupuncture.

Birth Education Classes + Workshops

Hands-on labour techniques for partners and personalized guidance ensure that both birthing parents feel empowered and prepared for the birth journey. Whether you're planning a hospital or home birth, this course will help you approach childbirth with strength, support, and informed choices.
