Dr. Sarah Bourdon (she/her) is a chiropractor who earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, ON.

Sarah uses a variety of active and passive, research-informed approaches tailored to each patient’s individual needs, including a range of treatment techniques, exercise prescription, and education on conditions and treatment options.

Sarah has a special interest in women’s health, supporting patients through key life transitions—including pre- and post-pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and menopause—helping them understand how these changes can influence musculoskeletal function, pain, and performance. Jason brings a strong blend of athletic, academic, and clinical experience to his massage therapy practice. He earned his RMT diploma from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, BC, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology from UBC Okanagan, where he also competed as a varsity soccer player.

He has extensive hands on experience working with high performance athletes, including the Men’s and Women’s Canadian National Rugby Teams and Pacific FC of the Canadian Premier League. Jason also has nearly a decade of work as a Personal Trainer which further enhances his ability to integrate active rehab with therapeutic massage.
